I didn’t write the headline.

The editors at Brietbart did.

Its their website. They can indulge in race baiting if they want.

Disappointing to see these posted to FreeRepublic, though.

"Race-baiting?" You mean TRUTH? God forbid that someone has the gonads to actually post something critical of our omnipotent and omnipresent "underprivileged" class behaving badly...

My initial observation remains correct and unchallenged: You, sir, are a champion of our "feral youth" in this USSA of ours. Prove me wrong.

I fail to see any problem with the headline. It states exactly what happened, without any editorializing. The facts are the facts, and stories like this must not be ignored.

But beyond that, you do have a point of sorts. Many folks use such stories as an excuse to divide the races. And that's not helpful. So the problem is not the story, or the posting of the story. The problem is how some folks react to the story. That's not the fault of the poster, even if he is aware of those reactions.

The reality is that Obama had an opportunity when he took office to build on all of the progress in race relations and put us even further in the right direction. Even among those who didn't vote for him there was hope that at least his election would be a good thing for race relations - making it clear that you could achieve anything in the US independent of your skin color.

Much of what he has done has had the opposite effect, and this is not because of racism against him, but because he has pursued an aggressive ‘in your face’ style of government, used socioeconomic inequality as a weapon, and instead of looking for solutions to problems ‘together’, used the standard Alinksky methodology of defining villains in society to blame social ills on.

The problem is that even in the social/societal context, for all actions there are opposite reactions - and unlike physics these reactions can be greater than the original ‘action’.

Obama could stop this. He could be a leader. He could speak to the black community and say,
“I grew up black and white, and although there's a lot I don't know, I do know that most people on either side are just people, and they don't hate, and they aren't racist. Where we have racism in society, from whites, from blacks, from hispanics, from anyone against anyone, let's address it. However, let's not turn back the clock on all that we've accomplished, and let's not label all bad human behavior racism.”

He could do a lot of things, but the truth is that he, like the Clintons and many others, use social divisiveness as a weapon and a tool - and it keeps them afloat politically.

So what you are saying that this is not discussion-worthy on this website???

At first I thought you were being sarcastic in your response up there, now I understand you are illustrating your preference to keep your head in the sand until someone comes up and smacks you on the azz...Much to your shock and surprise that someone would do that to you...

And even then you’ll probably turn the other cheek...

Yes, that is sarcasm...

You want to spread your self-censorship, I would not recommend it here...

If I find another story like this tomorrow...Guess what...I’ll post it...Might as well...I’m racist, and I do not care what people think of me...

You seem to be fixated on this “race-baiting” thing...Just remember, those thugs did not have to start assaulting that other kid on that school bus...They are the ones that drew attention to their criminal activity, like it was some sort of right of passage to their peers...

When that activity is condemned by the “leaders in the black community, and really mean it, not just give lip service to it, we may, not totally confident, see a reduction of this criminal activity...

So, if you re unwilling to have a substantive discussion on this issue anytime it crops up in the media, then I hope the burden of the yoke on your shoulders is light...

The purpose of including race in the headline is to expose yet another example of the epidemic Black on White assaults that are ignored by the MSM.

If White on Black assaults were epidemic, the MSM and the race hustles would be screaming Hate Crime and highlighting every single instance.

The MSM in this country is afraid to criticize America's first Half-Black President for fear of being called racist.

Same goes for reporting Black on White Hate Crimes.
