Literally 95% of my daily mail consists of requests for donations from charitable and political organizations.
Give in to one request and you’re flooded by more.
Not a week goes by without getting a request from the Tea Party, for instance.
And I’m not even talking about the incessant phone calls. Luckily I have caller ID.
I know I get the same stuff.
I just pitch the ones I can’t or don’t want to donate to.
I got one from Freedomworks today. Love the organization but I can’t afford to donate to them and individual candidates too.
Right now TW is the only one I’m choosing to send any money to.
Freedomworks does great work. But I couldn’t afford to send money to every Conservative cause.
