To: Trapped Behind Enemy Lines
Just saw El Paso, but is said NM after it....but still nothing compared to all of the CA cities on the list.No mention of the 800 lb gorilla: Ciudad Juarez, across the border from El Paso. Hundreds of maquiladoras, with little environmental regulation.

My bad...Juarez was mentioned, but it’s not 25 miles from EL Paso, it’s right across the damn border.
