i mean the rest of the letters describe various permutations of queer so that adding a Q as a separate category is redundant. i KNOW you think it lines up better with “Ps and Qs”, but i made the same point with fewer letters and avoided redundancy.
I think it means repetitive or unnecessary in an excessive way. But that's not important right now :)
