The guy who hit and killed our 18 year old son,broadsided him in an intersection, had his lawyer write us a letter asking us to buy him another car because his was totaled.
Oh yeah,he said his arm still hurt a month later.
We wrote him back and said NO to the car, sorry about the arm and our son was still dead.
