Agreed. The Frat Boys around here cause more problems then the gang bangers.
They’re often involved with vandalism, theft, drug trafficking, and other crimes. I don’t want to paint them all with a broad brush, so I’ll say it’s not all, but whenever I go out at night and trouble turns up, it’s wearing Greek lettering and driving a BMW.
