I noticed the jack-booted thuggery beginning back in the 90s, even in small bedroom communities and rural towns.
The good old boys on the beat morphed into gestapo thugs.
“Serve and Protect” has become “beat and intimidate”.
Cops are the ENEMY of the American People.
I can figure is the cop did that to throw fear into the other kids. “See this you little maggots?, this could be YOU, if you keep acting up! You want some of this? Take a picture, why don’t you?!” That choke was not at all necessary and could have caused a stroke in certain individuals.
Sounds like attempted murder to me. Book him.

Since I have no idea what actually transpired between the officer and the kid...kid could have been verbally abusive...and would have given the cop the benefit of the doubt...
Until...I got to the part about him slapping him around while he was unconscious...

Perhaps a few of these cops need to start having "accidents" a few months after they get their rocks off on citizens that are not allowed to defend themselves.
This is extremely disturbing, as I suspect this officer is a psychopath. He has probably figured out this sleeper hold and wanted someone to try it out on.
On these grounds alone he should have a psychiatric ban on being an LEO. Just firing him isn’t enough, as police departments around the US should know not to hire him, as he is a dangerous, potentially homicidal risk.
Civil suit? Not sure it would come to that if it were a family member of mine. Retribution would be forthcoming sooner than that.
All the rationalizations aside, if the facts are as they appear to be, we are seeing very sick and sadistic behavior on the part of the LEO. Those posting excuses and justifications for this brutality need to be reminded of the slippery slope and what can be expected further down the line for all of us if this goes unchallenged and unpunished.
This sort of behavior cannot be permitted in a civilized nation. The long term ramifications are horrendous.

Photographer appears to be distorting the facts. Wait until you find out what REALLY happened before jumping to conclusions. Some of the final analysis will be seen by observing the officer’s hand formation in the final photographs.
