A study published in the medical journal Tropical and Geographical Medicine found that coronary heart disease, the world’s number one cause of death, is virtually unknown in a coconut eating population of Sri Lanka.

As long as the coconut does not fall from the tree and hit you on the head!
I have many around my house. One coconut falling 60+ feet would make quite a dent in one’s skull.
A neighbor, about 100 feet down the path from me, had one tree cut down because the coconuts were hanging far above, but right over the path.
