Me too. Wake up for no reason at 1 or 2 am. Every night.

I now use coconut oil - but also, TIME RELEASE Melatonin - 5mg - get online from Swansons’
I had used the regular meletonin which got me to sleep - but popped awake again mid-morning - now sleep through.
I’ve read that In taking melatonin, it’s suggestd to use only the 3mg if using regular and 5mg on time - as anything over that strength is wasted in the body -
