Ah...we are bonding. :) And I love your hair BTW. Wish mine was that long. Maybe coconut oil will aid that, too. :) I know it appears I’m being silly about all this, and I am a little, but I think it’s worth a shot to see if improves health. And I did get it for keratosis pilaris specifically so this is good reminder to take it.

As long as the milk is not cold it should fare well. If it is cold, the Coconut Oil will harden not mix well. I poured it over cottage cheese when starting out and I was instructed promptly :)

that is true, but when you see stuff working on animals who have no idea of the placebo effect getting better, it’s real. a great example of this is cold laser therapy for pain control and injury healing.

and often they do double’blind test with a placebo group vs he actual thing tested, and when you see the placebo group doung significantly less better you know you have something that works.

coconut oil is the real deal and it’s an incredible health item.

many people scoff at natural stuff becxause companies can’t patent it and try to make billions off it, there’s no money in it and only “drugs” can claim to “cure” disease.

Awwww....:)

Now, for the hair, you want primary brewer’s yeast grown on beets, not the booze-leftovers garbage, boron and MSM.

Eat lots of protein, don’t over wash or over brush and easy on the heat.

Then, you too can have hair that people step on, sit on, slam in car doors, roll up in car windows, get tangled up in on windy days and best of all, random dogs will snatch your braid during their next impromptu fly-by.

Wheeee!

Such *fun*!

;D

Yup.

It’s a HUGE gelatin capsules with a precise amount of virgin coconut oil.

I like them because it’s hard for them to go rancid, they’re convenient to take and I kinda just like chewing on them.

:)

"You can buy coconut oil at Wally World, in the shortening section. It is LouAna brand, non hydrogenated, 30 ounces for about $6.00. Tastes great. Good on hair, skin also."

That brand is RFD coconut oil (refined, bleached, and deodorized). It is chemically processed and refined with solvents. It does not have the health effects of extra virgin coconut oil. You can buy refined coconut oil CHEAP, but I would not touch it.

Shiny, healthy coconut oil-fed dog butt...:)

She's very black and very smooth but so shiny that her hair reflects the light and almost *sparkles*.

Healthy glows come from the inside and I know she's never read the internet...:D

Our doc was elated that hubby’s Lipitor was “working so well”...until we told him he’d stopped taking it 18 months prior and switched to lecithin.

Woops.

Coconut oil is good on a bowl of oatmeal, or to substitute in fudge pie instead of the butter.
