Some people disagreed with his non-violent approach. Beck was attacking Alex Jones, but also Pete Santielli and Adam Kokesh, probably in a indirect way. But then he started naming Jones site InfoWars. Because Glenn didn’t like that Jones wanted to fight against The BLM and that people were calling revolution. He had said that if they fire the first shots it would be bad for conservatives. And that Beck wanted to solve the issues that Bundy had not start fighting. It angered people who were angry at the BLM and atb the conflict that went down last month.

Since Glenn went after Jones, then Jones took it as Beck coming after him and wanting to defame him. So Jones started calling Beck a traitor and a fraud. He ever did an article attacking The Blaze and Glenn Beck written by a reporter on the site.

Beck and Jones went at it for a week. The article on InfoWars went after every host on The Blaze as being fraud. Called into question Beck’s operation. Jones then said Beck was a CIA agent or something. Beck then tried to say if any violence broke out and conservatives got blamed for firing the first shot or if anything happened to ruin the tea party movement then blood is in the hands of Jones and others like him. So Jones aid he might sue Glenn.

But Glenn then came out and said He doesn’t care what Jones does or says anymore. Glenn said they just disagree on strategy. So if you like Jones or others calling for armed conflict or a insurrection then fine. He over his views and opinions on three shows.

On one of them he told people if they dislike me so much or disagree with me, you don’t have to follow me or care about me. So Glenn told people to not follow him if they were only badmouthing him and didn’t like his approach. It was no skin off of his back. So that angered people too.

Hence all the anti-Beck folks have been having a field day with this.

I should add that after the Bundy video came out. Glenn began questioning some of Bundy’s motives and stances. But he said last Tuesday that he has no dislike of Bundy. However, Bundy was rude to one of his reporters and yelled at him so Beck backed off from sending his guys to interview him and Beck end any communication he had with him. Bundy was also refusing to do radio interviews by that time anyways except very few places like Alex Jones’ show. And then Bundy got armed security.

Sounds like one of those “never get in a pissing contest with a skunk” kind of things.

Again, I’m no Beck fan, but Infowars isn’t my cup of tea either. And IMO Beck was entirely right re: violence and the Bundy situation.
