Under Kansas law, tattoo artists are only allowed to practise in licensed facilities, which also rules out a professional coming to visit Chapman in jail where he is currently held in custody. Gee, now isn't that just a crying shame.

LOL! My wife jokingly said maybe he originally chose that tattoo because he thought he might end up as the innocent victim of a murder one day.
That got me thinking. If he had been allowed to get it covered up, perhaps the might have done so by obscuring the letters to look like a bunch of different letters, you know, to spell out maybe something like . . . well, how about . . . "LETHAL INJECTION"?
