Humans are designed to eat meat. Next time you brush, check out your canine teeth.

The traditional Inuit diet is fats and proteins, no sugar at all. It is probably one of the healthiest diets you can have. They have no heart disease and cancer. The human body is built for that. Meat and fat is not the problem. The problem is sugar, grains, and processed foods.

Lifestyle has a lot to do with it also. Their diet works great when you actually work for a living, I can’t imagine it being as healthy for this generation of twenty-somethings that haven’t worked up a sweat in years, if ever.

I heard that!

we would not have teeth for ripping meat apart were we not meant to eat it,

the current plague of digestive disorders leading to far more disease than I can name offhand including “chronic fatigue” stand as a witness to just how lousy our “modern” diet can be.
