It sure is Lupita Nyong'o's year to shine!
The first-time Oscar winner was crowned as this year's "Most Beautiful" by People magazine.
The mag announced who was awarded their prestigious honor Wednesday morning.
"It was exciting and just a major, major compliment," Nyong'o said of gracing the cover. "I was happy for all the girls who would see me on (it) and feel a little more seen."
The 31-year-old actress has certainly proved this past year that she is beautiful both inside and out. Lupita Nyong'o arrives at the Oscars on Sunday, March 2, 2014, at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles.
Nyong'o received a ton of attention for her head-turning red carpet fashion and her incredibly moving speech after taking home the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress for her role in "12 Years a Slave."
The star, who was born in Mexico and brought up in Kenya, told People her early views of beauty were swayed by what she saw on television.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder—or something like that.

LMAO, she won an oscar and most of the voters never saw the movie.
Strange times we live in.

In a world with “heartthrob” Justin Bieber, she should consider a different haircut to eliminate confusion. Very pretty though.

I think she’s beautiful and if Julia Roberts made the list, I don’t know why.

Well, she isn’t hideous. but walk down any beach in America and you will find dozens of women just as attractive.
The agenda at work here is so brazen, it would be stuning my Beiber were it not so common these days.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, or the magazine that wants to score Politically Correct points.
Criticizing their choice is sure to be called ‘racist.’

She is pretty, but the First lady (my wife) is prettier...and built like a brick sh!thouse.
