I had L4, L5 surgery, and a total right hip replacement....cured all my ills. After my back surgery the doc gave me Lortab 10...he said I’d still have post op muscle spasms, and pain...”Take 1 Lortab, and chase it with 3 beers...you will still be in pain, but you won’t care.”
He will remain my neurologist.
Mine was inop - multilevel DDD. When i was quite young. After 20 years, I am comfortable with it, know that some days I am just not going to function.
I need to be moderately functioning in the morning for a few activities. Then I can take a muscle relaxer. Those usually knock me out for 36 hours or so. I sleep a lot on one of them.
