it does seem like they are having a hard time hooking up...After just watching the quals, I was surprised how large the gap was across the field. Usually wet track tends to overshadow the difference in equipment and throw it more to the drivers.
Tells me there is a wide discrepancy in how the various teams are perfecting this fancy new twin hybrid power train.
