Full title: Mom, 44, shot dead 'in front of kids by husband who was hallucinating after eating a marijuana cookie'... even though she had called 911 to plead for help for 13 MINUTES
911 didn't help much here, but would there have been a problem without the easy access to pot?

A Denver, Colorado mother has been shot dead in front of her children by her 'hallucinating' while she was on a 13 minute call to 911, police said. I wanna buy a noun...

I’m sorry but marijuana does not cause hallucinations. If he was actually hallucinating it was due to some other substance or mental defect.

Watch the left blame the gun and not the dope taking dope.
To: afraidfortherepublic
How many milli-seconds after this story broke did liberals blame the gun?

hallucinating after eating a marijuana cookie'... Must have been one very large cookie.

I call BS. Pot does not cause halucinations. Maybe he had something with the dope.

That can’t be right . weed is harmless! It’s the same as tobacco! It doesn’t affect the mind-it has no effect at ALL on you! That’s why people smoke it. And marijuana smoke is GOOD for your lungs!/sarc.
There’s a reason it’s called DOPE!

“investigators are looking at whether he had eaten a marijuana cookie.”
<>
“who was hallucinating after eating a marijuana cookie”
Headline and story do not match.
Sounds fishy. MJ does not cause hallucinations.

There’s got to be more than this. He probably had some mental issues before the brownie.
As other have said, pot doesn’t cause hallucinations. I ate a pot laced brownie unbeknownst to me and while I wanted to kill the person who did it, the effects I felt made me want to sleep, I was so tired there was no way I could have killed someone.
Obviously, the effect is not the same for everyone but I doubt this is the whole story.

As we know, leftists will blame easy access to a gun.

Death Penalty is the appropriate punishment. The man is a murderer.
Pot the cause? It may have contributed as EATING the stuff often leads to overdose (not the kind that kills the body).
I've seen people so high after eating the stuff they were literally non-functioning and unable to grasp even a sliver of reality.
They usually just crawl into a closet, alone, until it goes away.
It's VERY STRONG and mind-altering.

The headline and the text of the article are not in agreement. The title specifically says he ate a spacecake.
In the text of the article, the following statement is made: “A source told FOX31 investigators are looking at whether he had eaten a marijuana cookie.”
The only other reference to MJ in the article comes waaay down at the bottom “we are looking at marijuana as a possible part of the investigation ...”

As a casual smoker, I will never "eat" pot. Did it once, and it was way more powerful and lasted way too long. (I didn't kill anyone)

It did not happen. I know because I have had too many to count the number of marijuana users telling me that marijuana use, other making them mellow out, does not effect them. Now, if the story was Mom, 44, loved to death by husband who was hallucinating after eating marijuana cookies......
