Ya gotta love Waffle House. It's a Southern thing that has grown to 2000 locations. If you are into economics and southern culture I recommend James Adams Waffle Street for an interesting take on how our economy works.

Ya gotta love Waffle House.There was one near my school in DC in the late '60s. Loved the shoe-string fries. It was also staffed by released convicts on probation.

So when are they going to get a Waffle House up here in the Pacific NW??? They are getting a few Chick-Fil-As built here in the next year.
I miss hitting the old Awful Waffle on Sunday mornings for a pecan waffle. Yu’uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuum!
