Here is a synopsis from the Blaze. I have not been following closely at all.
Whatever else the gov’t might be up to, it just strikes me as foolish to stop paying grazing fees for the use of public land and then, decades later, act surprised that the gov’t decides to evict your cattle.
I’m a rules person - I don’t think rules are for others and not me - I don’t understand why Bundy stopped paying fees. He is in the wrong there. But then again, why did the gov back down when the reid info came out? Did Reid ask them to back off? There is a lot of fishy stuff here
