I used to buy it at the military commissary(1968). it came in a large glass container with a pointed lid. I still have those decorative jars after 45 years.

Today I notice it comes in a very small plastic container, collects moisture and hardens up real fast.

That was my favorite weekend lunch when I was a kid in Hawaii. If it was good enough for the astronauts, it was great for me.
