No serious analyst believes any such thing. Anyone saying $20 a barrel is a charlatan of some kind.
As I said before, I doubt the $20 range too. What I don’t doubt are the factors. We are headed for a glut of oil. Even Putin understands Russia has a problem along with the Saudis.
Most of the American public still believes in peak oil and other fairy tales. Most do not have a wide view of history. Nor do they look at much beyond the pablum the popular media serves up.
