Have you heard what their rumored 50hp advantage trick is?
A split Turbocharger. The Compressor is at one end of the engine "V" and the hot Turbo is at the rear. The heat sink is less since they are not touching one another, and because of it, the inter-cooler can be smaller for less cooling drag, a win win.
What they have done is essentially make a "Turbojet" without the Combustor section, that means the shaft and it's bearings need to be aligned and their are a ton a design issues involved with that shaft. I want to know if they are using Hybrid Ceramic or Full Ceramic bearings on said shaft.
