Tried a zoom adjustment yet?Yes I have, and the problem is the same at every zoom setting. It is present in all three of my monitors and even in my own personal documents. This is some sort of system-wide problem.
Ironically, pictures look great.

Try Control Panel and then click ‘Display’ and try an adjustment there.
