WYOMING An animal exodus at Yellowstone National Park in Wyoming has residents and tourist wondering if they know something they dont.
Bison and many other animals are leaving Yellowstone in droves, and its prompting theories that minor earthquakes in the area could soon set off the Yellowstone Super Volcano.
A series of smaller quakes have hit the region over the past few weeks, and the more earthquakes hit an area, the more chances a volcano may be activated from its dormant state

NO, there are waaay too many nutbag liberals down there; come to Sarasota. It’s marginally Conservative here.

Could be. There are lots of reports of animals leaving an area just before a natural disaster, geological especially...

If the entire Western US was buried in ash ... I think it's more likely that the Midwest and eastern U.S. would catch the most ash. The jet stream moves the air west-to-east. The west coast could actually end up without much damage.

I remember. Those relying on the charity of government aren't going to last long, though
The only real danger would be from looters and government
But, I repeat myself...

Several states gone in no time. I looked at a chart that showed how far the ash fell from the eruption bout 2.1 M years ago and it exteneded West to California and South to about the Mexican border and East a pretty good ways into Illinois and Missouri. It would probably kill a very large amount of the world population from both the initial damage and the fallout it would cause. Maybe 1/3? ....

You have the wrong name for Denver, but that’s another story.
And you should have shovels, batteries, and about three years worth do heat and food.

Nope. Ya don’t. Figure at least ten to twelve feet of hot ash covering everything. No free flowing water for a couple of years. The sun blocked out. And so on and so on.
I don’t think it’s happening any time soon, but your best efforts to prep would leave you alone and very hungry in about a year.

Why will the wells dry up? If they’re 100’ or 200’ deep you’re saying they’ll dry up? Why?

I wonder what would happen if they flew a bunker buster nuke into Yellowstone? As the bison are running, I wonder if important people are flying to Denver?
