Really not impressed with his ‘research’ - the first investigation was by *Duke* PD, who handed it off to DPD as a property theft case (Duke PD did not consider her credible).

Say what you will, but Persecutor Nifong had his thumb on the scale at every turn to obviate the possibility that no Duke Lacrosse Team member was identified. Basically he reduced the “lineup” down to the only guys who didn’t have a photo alibi that night - and made sure she fingered them.Can you say “Travesty?” I knew you could.
