I’m not sure what is good about an event that could cause 90 percent of our population to die in a year from causes easily preventable if we only had electricity.
The plan was once called MAD. Almost certain is still in play and always on the table. Israel calls their plan the Sampson Option. Rest assured nobody wants either MAD or the Sampson Option but regrettably those options always have to be on the table and have been since the 1960s.
