Why are you thinking it’s tonight? I actually thought it would be last night — but for no particular reason other than Putin wanted to wait for the financial markets to close on Friday.

Why are you thinking it’s tonight? My apology for not answering your question in my post earlier. My thought originally was the new moon which would give darkness. Am not worried for Baltic States tonight. I believe them to be safe while I pray all will be safe on this night.
