Beck is a little behind the times.
I don’t understand his passion against Putin. The guy is a KGB thug no doubt, and he’s a horrible thing for the former states of the USSR, but I swear his hatred for him is more about his anti-homosexual propaganda laws more than anything else.
Today, he's not on the air but is instead flying to be with his father before our Father calls him home. Losing your Dad is hard to take and can affect your judgment and behavior.
Watching the world being set up for WWIII is also difficult.
Personally, if I had lived in Hitler's time and had read enough history to understand what Hitler was, was capable of and likely to do, then yes, I probably would have prayed to God to call him home, too.
The "love your enemies" thing is one of the most difficult parts of Christianity for me to understand and do, but I'm not sure that Beck isn't following this command with his Putin prayers.
According to everything I've read so far, it is infinitely better to be called home to Heaven (especially before you do incredible evil) to be with God, than it is to be here in this material world of temptation saturated as it is with our sin.

I would not be at all surprised if Beck came down with some mysterious untraceable ailment.
