They blackmail you, and if you don’t play exactly along, you either get killed or thrown in prison.
Imagine you’re Hussein and you’ve spent the past 7 years defrauding the entire USA with your forged BC and stolen SSN(s).
Now imagine Sheriff Arpaio is finally catching up to SOME of your felonies that folks DON’T know about. Felonies that might be more shocking than Benghazi, Fast+Furious, IRS, NSA, arming al-Qaeda, and the other 9,999 acts of Treason you’ve been committing in public.
Before Arpaio blows your cover on that, don’t you tie up some loose ends by launching criminal investigations that YOUR FELLOW TRAITORS and Mafiosi control (in order to sandbag the charges or overcharge uncooperative stooges), or instead do you wait until Holder gets brought up on Treason/Felony charges and the American people clean house, placing ‘somewhat trustworthy non-traitors’ in charge of prosecuting your cronies who might cut a deal and squeal about your Mafia enterprises?
