Rules: Everyone must leave a post using the Word for the Day in a sentence.
The sentence must, in some way, relate to the news of the day.
Until my divorce I didn’t realize the judicial system creates a coffle of divorced men.
Dere was a long line of people standing in front of the coffle pot dis mornin’ ....
A++
You left one set of chains for another.
A+
Make sure you rinse out your coffle cups. A bad coffle kill you.
saw that. seems different to me, it was a touching act done for someone else and not just a rebellious, i don’t want to follow the rules, kind of thing.
Yes, but we are reasoning people and not school administrators.
Great sentence - something along that line was what popped into my head when I read the definition
There are those who don’t want to follow any rules! It is ridiculous...
I saw an interview with Hayden and she said her parents had a strict curfew for her until she turned 18. She didn’t turn out like Lindsay Lohan because her parents remained PARENTS and made sure she was safe and not doing something stupid, despite her money. (They also mentioned the restraining order to keep old farts like you away..... ;^)
Haha - I would try a coffee infused waffle.....
In Connecticut, you will not see a coffle of felons picking trash along the highways, as other criminals called the Teamsters Union have claimed roadside trash as work the state department of transportation employees must conduct.
Just 10 years ago when we moved to the Houston area, we would pass a chain gang of prisoners working the fields of the prison.....Deputies on horseback with shotguns.
Its subscribers are treated like coffle,
And the support is unquestionably awful.
But with Healthcare.gov
All should be aware of
The fact that it’s quite clearly UNLAWFUL.
Our county must be old fashioned, as we have public service weekends that many are sentenced to and they pick up trash on the highways, as well as lots of other things.
We also have trash picked up by prisoners, but I haven’t seen the field workers in years. I admit I was pretty shocked the first time I saw it - they were shackled together pulling weeds I think.... I was driving so I didn’t have time to watch for long.
We don’t use shackles, and the only ones who do this are sentenced by the courts to weekends in jail and the menial labor. DWI and other assorted convictions, but not “hard” criminals. I encounter them at the fire station where they often work cleaning. If they walk away, they end up back before a judge with fewer options. Maybe straight jail time, so the weekend thing is preferable.
You left one set of chains for another.
