I’ve had several “uncouplings” and have no desire to be friends with any of them. There was a reason we “uncoupled”.
I can understand that. I can’t understand how, if you love each other and/or you’re best friends, you couldn’t hold it together if you have children.
I was puzzled when I read about the figure skater and his “husband” who just broke up: they both claimed they were astonished by the end of their relationship. Like, what ... we’ve got aliens intervening here, forcing perfectly happy couples to break up?
