Don’t right click the Web page ... right click up in the gray area where the menus were.

Yep, tried that. Right-click doesn’t work anywhere, including in the grey area.

And for what it’s worth, I did a quick Google search. Others who have “upgraded” to IE8 report the exact same problems. But I can’t find any solutions!
