what is it with these so-called articles? do journalists no longer exist? aren't there up and coming journalists who want to write articles? so many of these news pieces are simply press releases that go straight to print... even an intern can take this press release, spend a couple of hours gathering more information, and do a write up!

this is the first known case out of Southern California... there have been 20 in the state so far... where in the state? this victim is a toddler... are the other victims toddlers? are any of the victims babies, adults, the elderly?
