Thanks for that. We do have a backup 7000 watt generator as our emergency electrical energy source, and maintain about 20 gallons of fuel, but often rotate it through our other equipment to keep fresh as much as possible.

I determined that the locked rotor code on my pump is M. So if I read it right, that means the inrush current at 120v is 93.25 amps (11.19 * 1000 = 11,190 / 120 = 93.25) But if I’m running the motor at 12v, does it go to 932 amps?
