I saw Silver Linings Playbook without knowing who she was. I was astounded by her performance. I left the theater saying she would win an Oscar for her performance.
She is without a doubt the most gifted Actress of her generation.
Hmmm 5 or so replies and no one has even mentioned her great performance in ‘Winter’s Bone’...until now!
She certainly is one of our most gifted. SO good.
I first saw her in the “Hunger Games” movie, and thought her acting was bad, just not very moving or convincing. Then I saw “Winter’s Bone” and “Silver Linings” and realized she is really a pretty talented actress. I think the problem must have been with the director on the HG.
