True enough. While this story has some comical aspects, I do feel bad for the girl. She seems like a nice kid. But, who knows? She may have a mouth on her that got her in trouble with some street trash.
I have a daughter her age and I'd be right evil in getting retribution on anyone who did this to one of mine.

A long time brewing. Decades ago UMass was one of the first to admit utterly unqualified kids. We had two on my dorm floor. One was a psychopath who caught and threw cats off the 19th floor balcony. The other was just pathetically stupid and could hardly string a sentence together. Neither survived their first semester. Now, it's much worse. Utterly unqualified, professional victims can get a "Doctorate in Social Justice." The Ph.D. in SJ has no course load or real work required.
