Georgia always struck me as someplace that only had a "school" because it was required by the NCAA to have a football team. Haven for thugs and certainly no hotbed of academia.
Of course you must remember Jim Harrick Jr's exam for the phi beta kappas on the UGA basketball team that consisted of questions such as:
"How many points does a 3-point field goal account for in a Basketball Game?"
Of course, given UF’s recent track record in that department, I have little room to talk.
But still, it’s hard to resist the temptation. ;)
It’s almost as bad as North Carolina’s diploma mill!
To be fair part Georgia disciplines its players more often and more harshly than most other football factories. Other schools around the South East are sprinkled with players kicked out of Georgia for behavior issues.
Rather than Son of Liberty, I think your reflection on your parents is down the scale considerably.
