Depending on the state, Tobacco taxes range from .2% (SC) to 4.4% (NH) of all TAX revenue.

How about these AGs lobby their state legislatures to refuse all local/state/federal tax revenue generated from cigarette sales?

After all, if it’s contradictory for retailers to offer health care services and profit from tobacco, it must also follow that it’s contradictory for states to do the same.

What is even more contradictory is that tobacco taxes are used to pay for health care.............
