Unfortunately the settlement amounts that were on the news were quite small, less than $200,000. Parents and the kid should be in prison for a long time IMO, all their assets liquidated and split between the families of those that suffered losses.
just disgusting. WHEN this kid kills someone else (and he will) I hope that the law is more just than this time around
