Kerry promised proof of Russian atrocities that will sway worldwide opinion against Putin.. he has testimony from someone he met recently who is a Russian soldier who told Kerry
"I witnessed Russian troops as they raped, cut off ears, cut off heads, taped wires from portable telephones to human genitals and turned up the power, cut off limbs, blew up bodies, randomly shot at civilians, razed villages in fashion reminiscent of Genghis Khan, shot cattle and dogs for fun, poisoned food stocks, and generally ravaged the countryside of Ukraine . . . ."
It's up to you Kerry will tell the world.
But the Muslim minority in Crimea, the Taters, are descendants of Genghis Kahn. I bet “cupcakes” doesn’t know that.
I guess that those visions are still “seared” in his mind.
