Yes and France had the right idea with Ghana.
A prison system so bad the sentence was near certain death to all who got it. Gitmo IS a club med and refitting center for all terrorist sent there. Gitmo is a reward trip not nearly a sentence of any kind.

You ever see that movie Papillon? I remember seeing that as a kid and it scaring the freakin’ crap out of me. Solitary confinement eating the bugs and the only way he survives is living 100% in his mind until his mind is fried.
