Want to see what America will become before the end of the Obama regime? Want to see where it is happening right now, and from which we are just days away? Want to see a society without law or legal recourse? Want to see how a government takes its cues from the winks and nods of its despot? Want to see how the low information voter idolizes its Dear Leader?
Meet Masha Drokova who has been smitten with the kiss of Putin since the age of 15. Watch as she moves up the ranks of the Russian youth organization, Nashi, which touts itself as an anti-fascist, anti-oligarchic capitalist movement run by the fascist oligarchic Putin machine.
The movie is called Putin's Kiss and can be seen on Netflix. The Danish movie unexpectedly won best documentary film in 2012 at the most unexpected of places - the Sundance Film Festival. How a liberal film academy can praise a film depicting fascism in one country without recognizing those very same tactics in one's own country is simply dumbfounding?
In Russia it is the Nashi. Here it is Acorn, and Black Panthers at the polls, and Dear Leader's call for an army of civilian "corpsemen". Putin winks and the Nashi moves in. The same for Obama and the IRS. You will never see a more frightening depiction of Alinsky tactics in action, because it is fomented by its most ideologically blinded youths. You can almost see the vacuousness in Masha's disbelieving eyes. And in that empty head lies the horror in how easy it is to "Nudge" and propagandize the young.
And then there is the lawlessness. Nashi acting at will and terrorizing its opponents. There is no more recourse to justice there than to the Black Panther baseball bats here.
Putin's Kiss will shake you to the core, because it shows how close we are to a day we never imagined possible in America. Don't tell Glenn Beck about this movie. He could get suicidal. Putin's Kiss and The Lives of Others should be movies all young adults should see. They need to see it before it becomes their future. It's on Netflix now.
No way! Beck only goes suicidal for Russian gays
