I've been getting free support from MS since purchasing my puter many moons ago. I do understand the cost of that support was built into the purchase price of the puter. Let's not pick the fly shit out of the pepper.

The paid support will be minimal, and increase in cost.

Bugs ranked as “important,” the next step down in Microsoft’s four-level threat scoring system, are not automatically patched. Instead, Custom Support contract holders must pay extra for those. Flaws pegged as “moderate” or “low” are not patched at all.”
