I don’t think she can be charged with anything, but she certainly deserves most of the blame (that and her idiot former paramour).

If she'd come clean with Dad, the kid would have been alive. Maybe thumped and yelled at, but alive. Dad wouldn't have thought he was a home invader raping the daughter.
