The father who police said fatally shot a 17-year-old boy in his daughter's bedroom should be charged with murder, the victim's distraught mother says.

Zakia McCormick also can't understand why the man accused of firing the fatal shot Thursday is not behind bars.

Came at the father with large dark weapon he was holding between his legs trying to conceal it....
well, I’m not gonna lie, I have been caught in a similar circumstance. Difference was, her folks knew exactly who I was.
What crime would you charge her with?
You got a link to the girl’s photo. The one you were talking about before is
the mother of the boy that was killed.

OH!
I thought THAT was the girl!
I was like... who would want to hit THAT!?
Ah, well then Houston will get no visit from Sharpton or Jackson and nary a peep will be heard from Trayvon Martin's sperm donor or absent mother.

“Moral....sneak into someones bedroom at night”
There’s “sneaking” and then there’s “being let in”. That little girl let him in the house to begin with so he’s not exactly guilty of “breaking and entering”.
I can see on this one issue the boy’s parents could have some ground to stand on. Yea maybe they could not control their son, but at the same time the girl’s father could not control his daughter.
