Onions, relish, chili, cheese, mustard or sometimes just fried with barbeque sauce. Outside over an open fire mustard is all I need. But I always keep plenty on Ketchup for the grandkids.
Wait I forgot sauerkraut and horseradish mustard, but usually go to Andouille or polish sausage for that.
