Reuben Obermeister huh?
Roy Master..actually. Nice try...
Torah is Life. The blessed man meditates on it day and night. He does the mitzvot, not in order to rack up points, but because Torah Actualizes who he is. The connection between doing “good works” (mitzvot) and increasing in the knowledge of G-d is correct. Once you understand the context of the writings it’s easy to see the that the vision of these men was within the historical stream of the religion of Israel, and that religion is Torah.
So, Jesus was just a man? Scripture says it’s appointed unto man once to die and then the judgment. If Jesus was just a man, He could only die for his own sins. Yours is an old heresy rehashed.
Not a "try" at all. The truth. Oh, and he's going by Roy MASTERS now...
Ruben Obermeister...
Roy Masters (born Reuben Obermeister)...
And then there's this... (in case you missed it.)
Or this too.
I didn’t say that..judger...he is the only Son of God and savior. . Get it right. thanks.
only idiots believe the cult followers of the apostasy..and their false reporting about Roy...who was once a hypnotist and no longer is. ..for a long time now. Daaaa!
Is Roy masters disciple back?
Ruben...
Jesus is God, and is the only one worthy of Worship, along with His Father and Holy Spirit.
Sorry, you’re wrong, my friend.
Another apostate follower..sadly
Last I checked, the Epistles to Timothy were in the New Testament...
16 All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, 17 so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work. 2 Timothy 3:16-17
You of course are free to ignore the entire teaching of Scripture and follow the psycobabble of Reuben Obermeister instead of the inspired Word if you wish.
John 10:30 “30 The Father and I are one. and John 14:8-14 “ Philip said, Lord, show us the Father and that will be enough for us.
9 Jesus answered: Dont you know me, Philip, even after I have been among you such a long time? Anyone who has seen me has seen the Father. How can you say, Show us the Father? 10 Dont you believe that I am in the Father, and that the Father is in me? The words I say to you I do not speak on my own authority. Rather, it is the Father, living in me, who is doing his work. 11 Believe me when I say that I am in the Father and the Father is in me; or at least believe on the evidence of the works themselves. 12 Very truly I tell you, whoever believes in me will do the works I have been doing, and they will do even greater things than these, because I am going to the Father. 13 And I will do whatever you ask in my name, so that the Father may be glorified in the Son. 14 You may ask me for anything in my name, and I will do it.”
as well as John 1:1 - 5 “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 He was with God in the beginning. 3 Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made. 4 In him was life, and that life was the light of all mankind. 5 The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome[a] it.”
These are words of comfort to me, and they completely contradict your premise. I’d suggest if you argue that you do it with God (and these verses).
As the legalistic cult members of the Christian apostasy tend to do, you misunderstand his meanings. Of course Jesus and his Father were one..in perfect purpose...he did His will, not his own...which perfectly makes the obvious point that he was not God. You are part of a cult and do not even know it.
Of coure he was not just a man..stop being ridiculous .
All you do it take one scripture..and all have had many translations...to try and justify your lack of faith in the holy spirit. it is not good enough for you, you must have the written word to. And Timothy said USEFUL, not needed nor mandatory. Just another member of the Christian cult of apostasy. Sad.
God is Triune...The Trinity, three parts and we are made in his image. God the Father, Jesus the son, and the Holy Spirit.
We are flesh=(body) soul=(mind, will, and emotions,) and spirit= eternal
Each has a different position. Therefore, God is the Creator (Origin), Jesus, son is the Savior, and the Holy Spirit is the Comforter.
Wrong sir, I use God’s own words to point to straight forward scriptures in which Jesus equated Himself with God.
You do not answer these scriptures but instead just call me an apostate without defending your accusations with ANY REAL proof whatsoever.
I’d say your claims are false. And John 14:10 is pretty clear “10 Dont you believe that I am in the Father, and that the Father is in me? The words I say to you I do not speak on my own authority. Rather, it is the Father, living in me, who is doing his work.” How can Jesus be “in the Father” and the “Father in Him” if He weren’t God?? Answer is that He wouldn’t be able to as his very essence.
You don’t get it...His will was Jesus’s will...that does not mean that they are equal and there are plenty of OBVIOUS scriptures that show that he was always praying to his Father. It is OBVIOUS...unless you have become a memebr of the cult of Christian apostasy..sadly.
I've heard that same twisting of Scripture from Mormons, that Jesus and the Father were one in purpose.
But that's NOT what Jesus said.
He said *I and my father are one.* PERIOD.
And *If you have seen me, you have seen the Father. PERIOD.
