Ugh! I hate when non-blacks talk about this issue... so full of generalizations and old-fashioned thinking...
It may be old fashioned, as my info on this came from a couple of friends in college, back in 1988. A brother and sister who were children of Liberian immigrants, who were very upset with the way they were being treated by other Blacks at the school.
