I saw that commercial, and it occurred to me that these people demanding that we "ban the word" bossy were being VERY bossy themselves, demanding that I not use a word!

The idea originated with Sheryl Sandberg, the chief operating
officer of facebook. Sounds like she was an overbearing kid who organized the kids around her in a very bossy way and a teacher commented on it and she’s carried around this boohoo moment for the last 30 or so years.

My worry is the kid who is being bossed around will now be in trouble for calling telling the bossy kid to stop being bossy. And the bossy kid will be perpetuated in his or her bossiness by being told what a leader they are.
