I had some eighbors whose children would poop in the yard because their Mom would lock them out all day so her house would stay clean..
Then the kids would lob it over the fence into my backyard so their Mom wouldn’t know they pooped in the yard (encopresis?)..
Other than that, and the husband beating the crap out of his wife, and coming over to borrow orange extract, vanilla extract, or cooking sherry when he ran out of booze, they were okay neighbors.

Wow, you win! Worst neighbors I had are a tie between the Lebanese family who left their kids at home with grandma and grandpa all day, and the people who moved in after them. The Lebanese grandparents did not speak any English. The grandma would dig up the fence along our property line, push it a few inches into my property and plant onions and potatoes. This would greatly upset my wife, but what could I do...they spoke no English!
My plan was to begin flying an Israeli flag off the back porch and see if they'd take the hint. When I came home with that my wife suddenly decided she could live with them stealing a few inches of our yard.
When they moved on they were replaced by a family with a slutty 18 year-old daughter who would go out late at night with her current boyfriend, provoking the former boyfriends to come to the house drunk at 2 or 3 in the morning and try to provoke fights with the current one. Loud, drunken, hormone-fueled street fights, resulting in the arrival of cops, would ensue.

My aunt had some neighbors who locked the children out of the house too. It’s not uncommon, I guess.
